Sometime back I think I remember someone having a recipe to make edible jewels like for a crown, does any else remember or have the recipe? Would appreciate ASAP. Thanks in advance. J

Not sure about a recipe, but i have a mold from First Impressions http://www.firstimpressionsmolds.com/gems.aspx that is heat safe. You put crushed jolly ranchers into it on a low oven until melted, cool and unmold.

you can use the same recipe that is used to make sugar bottles or any hard candy recipe. Just color it the color you want and fill the shape you want. You can buy some at Michaels craft store near the clay. I do not know if they are heat safe though.
