Can anyone please help me on how to make a toolbox? I want to make one that will leave everyone's mouth open when they see it.

Hi, This is the toolbox I made for my sons 3rd birthday a couple of weeks age. Not very fancy but i'm only new to cake decorating, everything is fondant except for the handle. Hopefully the photo works

My grandson is wanting a Handy Manny cake, and that toolbox is a perfect place to start. Thanks for sharing the pic.

Oh someone did a Handy Manny cake not too long ago. I'll go see if I can find it.

Ok, I found it. I just loved this cake. I'm going to make it for my son's 2nd birthday in a few months. =o)

Hope this helps!

If you search the galleries for "toolbox" you'll get tons of ideas.

I made a tool box for my step dad and it's in my photos. I baked 2 10"X10" cakes and cut them in half then stacked them. Mine is covered in buttercream and it was very easy.
