Crisco???

Hi there, i'm just new to this site and am absolutely amazed by all the info on here. I live in Australia and would love to try all these recipies but I get a little lost with some of the ingriedients. What is crisco and what do I substitute it for in australia??

Substitute it with Copha. It's our closest match.
