Hi!
I am a self-taught cake decorator and just got my first real order for a cake for a 1st Communion. I am going to be making a half sheet filled with strawberries. Can someone tell me how much buttercream I should make for a cake of this size? It's going to be pretty basic-white with little pink flowers on it and just a simple border. Any help would be appreciated.
