Cake Size And Price?

A friend wants me to do a sheet cake to serve 40-45 people...she wants it Hannah Montana, but I am only going to do the cake iced smooth with borders and some scrollwork on top, then she is going to add some plastic decorations she is ordering online.

I have been googling to see what size cake to make, but every site disagrees! What size would you make? What would you charge? (just a simple vanilla cake, not torted and buttercream frosting)

Here's what I charge: 3/4 Sheet (27x13) Serves 50-60 $70.00

I don't know about pricing for sheet cakes but Indydebi explains serving size for sheet cakes really well on this thread:
