1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups dark brown sugar
1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
Melt butter, add brown sugar and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Stir in cream and vanilla. Boil. Remove from heat. Let cool 1 hour. Beat in powdered sugar and mix at high.
