Is MMF usually an ivory or off whitish sort of colour? because i made two batches, two different ways and to my surprise both with the same result. Any input would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
I use only MMF and it is white white. Maybe it's being cooked for too long and getting a more off white color?
It could be the vanilla you are using, although I never have an issue. You are using white marshmallows, right?
