I'd like to put this ninja figure on top of the cake, and would really like it to stand up "3-D" style.

Should I do color flow? FBCT? Chocolate? What would be sturdiest?

Any ideas for making him appear to be in mid-air?

Color flow or a chocolate transfer would be sturdy. Maybe put a toothpick or pick in the foot so you can push into the cake to make him appear to be in mid-air. Good luck!
