I had my cake iced and ready to go, all I had to do was smooth the 2 ends(3D megaphone cake). I put it in the fridge to crust a bit, and keep my little one's fingers away. My hubby opens the fridge, and one of the ends fell right over. It crumbled into pieces, so there's no way I can put it back together. I've had so many problems with this cake, and now I just wanna cry. This is the worst cake (problem wise) EVER. I guess I have to build up some of the big end scraps I have from carving it...but what should I do to make sure it doesn't fall again? I had 2 dowels in it.
Sorry it was sort of a vent, and question.
