HI....I've been looking for the bench scraper that has the rolled edge on the end. I've been to Ace Hardware, Lowes,Home Depot, & Walmart.
The ones that I've find have a handle on the end. Will this work the same? Also, are these located in the painting departments??Thanks for any suggestions! - Gina
Cookware stores have them, as a bench scraper is a pastry tool. Williams-Sonoma or any local cookware store will carry one. Also, any restaurant supply store.
I went on Home Depot's website a couple of days ago and did a search for bench scraper. They did have one that came up that was just what you described. It was by Rachel Ray. I don't know if you can order online, but you might check.
I got mine at bed, bath and beyond.
Bath Bed & Beyond $7 bucks. It even has a measurement on side stainless steel.
I bought one like you are looking for from Target.
all metal, rolled on the handle
ditto, bed, bath & beyond. But, don't do like I did and go in and ask for a bench scraper. We finally found it in the utinsil section there. As mentioned, it was like $7. and has the rolled end handle and a measurement on the end....
Here is the best priced I have found so far. I don't really like the ones with the wooden handles or plastic handles, I think the rolled handle would be easier to use.
I have one with the rolled edge and I just found it at Wal-Mart. It was in the kitchen gadget aisle with all the spatulas and other whizmos. Wal-Mart is not very good at staying stocked with products, so maybe they were just out.
I got mine when I bought my videos from Sharon (SugarShack)
Thank you guys for all your suggestions.....I just love this site!!!!!
if you have a smart & final, they have them there, too
