I am trying to find out what Confectioner's glaze is , I saw it used for adding sheen to fondant grapes on a cake . What are the indgredients to make it anyone know ??????

Julie, confectioners glaze is not something you can make (maybe I'm wrong), you can order it online. you use on gum paste items that need a glossy shine.
