Can I put my covered cake in the fridge? I am making a filling that requires refrigerating!

Michele's fondant holds up fine in the fridge, much nicer than mmf. Just make sure not to touch it while it's coming back to room temp.

Thanks! Should I wrap it in plastic wrap? I don't have any containers big enough to hold it.

I've never covered it, but I've never left it in the fridge for more than a couple hours.
