Please bare with me, I'm sure it's been asked before.
I have a caterer that is interesting in purchasing brownies and traditional cakes, like Pineapple upside down etc. I would also like to sell to resturants. How do I price for these items? Any formula or suggestions how to make this worth my time. Thanks
