I am supposed to quote a price for a lady who wants a cake to feed around 25-30, looks like a grill with a fillet mignon on it. Next to the grill will be a bottle of wine, a wine glass, and a replica of this knife he likes....

Now, I figure the grill won't require much if any carving, although it will be fondant, so usually that's $3.65 per serving. The thing I don't know how to price is the knife, wine bottle and glass. I recently did a mountain climber figure and charged $8 for that....but a wine bottle and glass....a little at a loss.

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. I have to email her back tonight or tomorrow morning.

I would up that to at least $9 or $10. I know with that much I would charge $12/person
