I am finally coming around to liking the flower nail, only for roses though, I draw the line there!!

I tried making buttercream roses years ago and just gave up on them and have not done them since. I think I will give them another try with using your video and tips!! Thank you!!

thank you for the video! i loved it and it was very timely for me as i am struggling with roses. the insta-fridge sounds like it might be the answers to my prayers (everything i touch melts....).

lol-me too! I love how smooth I can get my bc in the summer but my hands melt my frosting WAY too fast. In the winter I have trouble with my bc because my kitchen is so cold but it's perfect for flower making icon_lol.gif

heh. I lol'd for real when the assistant's rose flipped upside down. Mine always do that and it drives me batty.
