Hi people. I have an order for a "white" cake. With kids I don't bother with different fancy fillings but this is a christening cake and wants to surprise them with a nice taste. But I don't know if it is gonna work. I bought canned strawberries and wonder if I could just blend it a bit and mix it with the buttercream? What do you think.
Yes it should be o.k. IF...... you drain the berries well. The lest amound of liquid the better OR you can thicken them w/some cornstarch.
