How do I transport a two-tier fondant-covered cake for three hours over some bumpy roads? would it be easier to make the tiers seperately and put them together when I arrive?
Thanks!

As long as you support it properly, even bumpy roads shouldn't be a problem for a two tiered cake. It wouldn't take long to stack it on site though...if that would give you more peace of mind. Either way you choose would work fine.

I think it would be fine also, but knowing me, instead of freaking out and stopping the car frequently to check the cake for 3 long hours, I would just set it up on site and enjoy the rideicon_smile.gif
