I Flavored Some Candy Clay...

Has anyone else tried this? I didn't think it would work because the candy clay has such a high fat content. I was making some flowers with it so it was already colored and kneaded. I took a food safe brush, got a little raspberry extract and brushed it on some of the candy clay. I let it evaporate for about a minute then worked it in. It didn't affect the consistency and had a wonderfully light raspberry flavor, not overwhelming at all.
Just wanted to share, and you know this is going to lead to more experimenting icon_wink.gif Oh, and lemon extract really does work the best when painting on candy clay icon_biggrin.gif Can't remember who suggested that but thank you!
