White chocolate goes with a lot of things. Strawberry puree, raspberry puree, white chocolate mousse, white chocolate BC, white chocolate ganache, strawberry cream, raspberry cream, orange cream, hazelnut cream, tiramisu, coconut, cream cheese...

Hopefully that will get your juices flowing and your saliva too icon_biggrin.gif.

Jayde,

Love your ideas for fillings. Do these have to be refrigerated cakes or can I leave them out a few days for decorating for a wedding?

Thanks,
Nancy
