So I've come across a cake pan by Alan Silverwood that's called the min-cake pan. It's a 16" square cake pan that comes with dividers so you can basically make 64 mini 2" square cakes or adjust the dividers so you can have a square or rectangle size of your choice. You can find it on GSA.

It seems like a good idea because then you dont have to buy multiple square pans, but I'm just wondering if there's something I'm not thinking about and if anyone out there has one and can comment on how well the pan bakes, versatility etc. It's a pretty expensive pan.

No clue, but I'll bump you. I'd be curious about this as well.

I've seen this in the British cake books and thought it was a great idea, but didn't know where to get one. Thanks
