I ordered baby 1 and baby 3.

They have information on their website on how to use them with fondant/gum paste. Follow the instructions, they work.

I had to freeze the baby that is stretched out longer than I had to freeze the other one. The mold is more complex and it's a lot harder to get the little guy out. The harder you freeze the baby, the more of its shape will be retained when you remove it from the mold.
