I am making my mother's 70th Birthday Cake. I want to make the number "70" out of candy melts and stand up on top of the cake. How do I get them to stand up. I am using buttercreme icing. Thanks.

you can use things like a lollipop stick, cocktail stick, floral wire, things like that. either put it in when the number is still wet, or use some more chocolate or royal icing to stick it on once the number is dried.
