I went to a cake show last weekend. A vendor there was selling Fondarific. It taste wonderful and didn't dry out like regular fondant. There web site is www.fondarific.com I was really impressed with it.

I second the recommendation of Michele Foster's Fondant. It was pretty easy to make and to work with.

I haven't tried Michelle's fondant recipe yet, so I'm voting for both Fondarific and Choco-Pan (chocolatey goodness).
