She made some with a Nirvana smilie that was adorable!

They are so cute!! I will be making the eggs, this week, I'm just wondering if they need to be kept refrigerated?? I will be using red velvet cake and buttercream made with butter. My sister in lae will be taking some to her work for the bake sale and I just want to make sure they taste good.
