I'm not sure where this post fits best...is this a good section?
I'm making some cake pops again tonight and am having trouble with weeping. This happened the last time I made them, also. I've checked Bakerella's site and googled a bit, but have not found an explanation or a remedy.
Are there any cake pop experts around who can tell us why this happens and how to stop or prevent it?
