I was wondering if I could get any tips on how to store my cake boxes.
Thanks for any ideas you can come up with.
Don't know if this will help, but I keep them on a shelf. I have a bakery shelf in a spare room and just lay them on one of the shelves (the top one that I can't reach very well). I will say, I do this as a hobby mostly and don't run a shop.
HTH,

I keep mine on the top shelf in the closet I keep my decorating stuff in. I leave them in the box they were delivered in so they don't bow. I'm also a hobby decorator and this seems to work for me.
i am also a hoby baker but didnt have a shelf big enough to hold my boxes (i keep 3 sizes on hand). I did have a book shelf that had deeper shelves but not wide enough to lay the boxes flat...so....
I have one box type per shelf.
I fold them in half at the natural fold and envelope five boxes together.
Then i alternate the direction of the boxes...first set of 5 goes on to the shelf fold first, second set goes in open end first. That way i dont get the bulk or sliding effect (like when you staple papers together and the stapled side gets fat)
anyway, this works good for me...hope it helps you
Thanks to all of you who gave me suggestions on how to store my boxes
i am also just a hobbyist and have a lot of bugs to figure out thanks again
oh by the way i have viewed a lot of your cakes and there really is a lot of talent out there
