I need some help in coming up with a design for my son's rehearsal cake. I had an idea, doing it in a book pan...fairy tale style and then using Cinderella's coach, pillow with glass slipper, maybe try to do a feather quill.... But I don't know if it sounds too corny.

Also, I don't know if the large book pan will feed 30 people. I have looked at so many cakes on this website, that I have gotten myself TOTALLY confused!!!

Does anyone have any ideas, pictures, anything at all ??? I'm desperate!

Thanks
Rhonda

First off......the lg book pan uses 2 mixes so it should serve 30-40.
Think grooms cake......what are his fav sports, activities etc?
If he is a very manly man he might not like the cinderella theme.

I was thinking along those lines, because they aren't having a grooms cake. However, when I asked him....he told me to make the cake for her. ( Long story...but she has no parents and he want's this to be her day )

Anyway, I think I just about have it figured out. I ran across a picture on the gallery. Can't remember this woman's name right now, but she had a very romantic cake with feathers. Very French... I am going to copy some of her ideas, and incorporate them into my book cake.

Thanks
