I just spent the last week at the Wilton School taking Ultimate Gumpaste Flowers with Nicholas Lodge. It was amazing. He is a great teacher, so organized and encouraging. The days were long but the time flew by. I hope to go back for his class next year.

What a lovely bouquet of flowers. I would have thought that they were real. It shows that you had fun making them.

He is a great teacher and I think that made a huge differance in how the flowers will turn out. It was just amazing to watch him work and the help he gave to us. If you want to learn gumpaste take a class from him.
