I am making sugarpaste hydrangeas for the first time and am wondering how do I connect the blossoms together so that it has the beautiful round full look that hydrangeas have. Can someone help me with this.

Hi, there are Nic Lodge's and Bronwen's instructions in some back issues of American Cake Decorating.

But to actually answer your question, what I have done is make 45 blossoms for each hydrangea bunch I wanted. I wired them into groups of 3, then wired 3 groups of 3 together, so there would be 9 per bunch. Then wired 5 of the those together to get the bunch of 45. I hope that makes sense, it does to me, lol.
