The pads I referred to are the cardboards you put your cake on. I know off hand the 1/2 sheet pads you get 50 for 9 dollars and change and anyone who has ever bought the wilton 4 pack know what a deal that is!

OK...the ButRCreme is traditional "sweet" icing and BETTERcreme is the non dairy whipped topping icing...like coll whip only thicker is how I describe it. Bettercreme works great for making fillings of all kinds to put in cakes because since it is non dairy it is shelf stable.

I just bought a 28Lbs baquet Butrcream for 31 Dlls. For my first wedding cake, I want to know if I can add flavoring and mixed with the KA, will this afect the consistency, and if I want a Stiffer consistency can I add a bit of sugar?
