I made this cake for practice last week and a riend of mine wants to know how much I would charge for this cake. It is a 6,8,10 inch and has 43 fondant flowers. Im not sure what to tell her. Could anyone here help me? Thank you!

My rates, as posted on my website, are $4.50/serving for fondant cake x approx 75 servings = $337.50 plus whatever you would charge for all of those flowers.

To figure a price for the flowers, let's assume it took you 4 hours to make 40 flowers (round numbers). Assume you charge $30/hour to make these flowers (and that includes materials).

You can make:
10 flowers per hour (40 flowers divided by 4 hours)
at $30/hour = $3.00 per flower ($30/hour divided by 10 flowers).
$3 per flower x 40 flowers ..... add $120 for the flowers.
