I have a request for a white cake with peanut butter cream cheese filling.
I remember trying Toba G's. filling once (sorry cant remember which) and liked it.
What do you all think of just maybe using cream cheese and Peanut butter in equal amounts instead of hi-ratio shortening in my normal BC recipe?
I will be starting to make this cake Tuesday March31,
