I want to make cakes for a party ahead of time and freeze them. Can I freeze them completed -- with the sleeved filling and buttercream icing?

Yes. I haven't come across any sleeved filling that is not fzr stable. If you have time, take a tablespoon of the filling and fz it at least a couple of hrs and see how it thaws.
