I am baking mini bunt cakes and I need help!
I know I need to put them on a cookie sheet, but should I use a thin one or a thicker one? Also should I use a dark one or light one?
One more question should I bake on my normal 325*?

Thanks for your help!!

When I have made mini Bundts, I have used just a regular (not AirBake) cookie sheet, uncoated metal. I had the oven set for 325.

I would worry that the dark ones would make the bottoms cook too fast, and that an AirBake would make the bottoms cook too slowly. This is just my belief, though, not anything I know from specific experience with the mini-Bundts.

Thank you much, that is exactly what I was thinking, but my thinking isn't always straight icon_eek.gif

I just use a regular shiny cookie sheet. Well I do now. The first few times I just wiped up burnt cake of the bottom of my oven. icon_cry.gif
