Hi, this might be a silly question but here it goes... Are there rules about the cake we take for the cake gallery at ICES?

Does it have to be a certain or max # of layers
Can it by dummies? Either all or partial?

I tried looking at the ICES site but i didn't find any thing... maybe i missed it.

Any help is appreciated.

I believe the only limit is that it cannot have any licensed image or likeness on it. I know for the Orlando show, we were allowed to bring cakes with Disney stuff on it, but they were not photographed for the Newsletter (with the possible exception of one person that got copyright permission from Disney and had the letter displayed with the cake).

In my opinion, I would do dummy cakes. It's not a competition, it is just to show off what you can do.

Hope that helps!
