the girl wants a raspberry filling on her wedding cake. How do I do this? I found a recipe for it but how do you do it? How do you keep it from bleeding through the cake? How do you keep it from oozing out on the sides once the layers are stacked together? Especially once all the tiers are on? Any help please. Please walk a dummie through this! Is there a cake decoration for dummies cause I need it ! icon_smile.gif TIA

You pipe a dam of super-stiff buttercream icing on each tier that will have filling in it.

You need to order Sugarshack's video, "Perfecting the Art of Buttercream." It will be hugely helpful to you. icon_smile.gif

I second what Cakepro said, especially about sugarshacks video. It will be the best money you have ever spent.

(You might be particularly interested in links to Wilton site for help in putting the cake together.)
