Just got a notice about an auction including full bakery setup at Mesa Basha's supermarket. It is on Wed. April 1st preview at 9am auction at 10:30. web site http://8.10.162.144/Auctions.aspx?ID=88
You never know what bargains you can find at auctions! Wish I was closer, there are a few things I could find room for!!!

Are they closing their stores or just remodeling? There's a Basha's down the road from my aunt in Scottsdale. They bake their own breads there, and they're really good, compared to most bakeries there.
