Hi,
I am looking for a good frosting recipe for a wedding cake for someone who dislikes buttercream frosting and does not want fondant. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I don't like powdered sugar frosting but I LOVE IMBC. I would recomend trying a meringue based icing.

When they say they don't like BC, which BC are they talking about? I'd bet it's the shortening + PS stuff. Most people who don't like BC are talking about that stuff and once they try IMBC or SMBC reallize that they do like BC, real BC, that is.
