I am looking to get nice domed cupcakes, and mine are always flat. I use boxed mix. Do I not fill them up enough??? I need them to be nice and rounded.
When I use DH Butter Recipe my cupcakes are flat. Try using the Yellow (add extra egg) or WASC.
I bake at 350 (325 for cakes) and I add a 1/2 tsp of baking powder to the mix. It gives it a nice rounded top
