would someone who attended the NACS this weekend instruct me in the proper way to create colorful gelatin butterflies and how about some tips on rolled buttercream, how to get to the cake without breaking. Thanks

The butterflies are very easy to do, just preform the wings with wire (white, the one that is wrapped) using a pattern, draw the pattern in a piece of paper and bend and twist the wire formimg a loop, like making loops for soap bubbles.. when you have al the wires ready, take 1 part of knox and 3 parts of water, heat on the microwave for 10 13 sec, stir a little and add gel color if you like, very slowly dip the loops in the mixture (again like making soap bubbles) and put on a piece of foam to dry
