OK im a newbie-I am making a one tired fondant cake with choclate bavarian cream filling(purchased from cake place-made by henry and henry). I usually do buttercream filling and freeze the entire thign before covering, its easier to work with....
Do you think I can freeze the bavarian filling? Its sort of like a choc pudding? Will it thaw correctly?
Hmm...that's interesting. I have been thinking about doing the same thing. But I didn't know if it really is a technique or how it works. Can't wait to hear what everyone else has to say about it.
