Hey there, guys and gals. I'm in search of tasty fillings for chocolates. I would love a vanilla cream, peanut butter, fudge, marshmallow, mint, or caramel. Any you may have would be wonderful. Thanks so much in advance. It is much appreciated.

Hi, Sorry-I love homemade fillings too! Here is my favorite caramel recipe:
1 cup butter-2 1/4 cups brown sugar-pinch of salt-1 cup light corn syrup-1-15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk-1 teaspoon vanilla
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar and salt, then add corn syrup. Mix well. add sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly. continue stirring and cook to 248 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into parchment-lined square pan. Let set for half a day. Cut into squares and wrap in confectionary waxed paper.
This recipe was taken with permission from ALL ABOUT CANDY MAKING (Autumn Carpenter).
