I am just curious if anyone has made any cakes out of Peggy Porschen's cake books. I was wanting to try the Victoria Spnge cake and the Rich Dark Chocolate cake. Are they any good- how do they taste?
hi ! i am a fan of Peggys books and always use her vict. sandwich recipe, i like it, its moist and very vanilla, i also use the choc version which again is moist and flavoursome, both also hold up well to carving given them a go ! xx
