Are you looking to have a open Bible or do you want to do it closed so the cover shows?

I think Wilton sells the open book pan that you could use and depending on how many servings you need you could place it on top of a sheet cake.

I would use a decorator comb or even a fork to mark the pages in the Bible. If you use a fork you may need to run it over a second time so the spacing between the pages is not to wide.

If you want it closed you could do the same but ice the top, one side and a tiny bit on bottom (for bottom cover) in brown (or what ever colour you want to use). Use the comb for the pages again and pipe the title and cross in b/c or use fondant cutouts.

You could always make the Bible as a topper too, or carve the cake to make it look like an open book instead of buying the pan. It really depends on the design your after, the size you need, your skill level etc.

I kind off threw a bunch of things out there for you as I'm not sure what exactly what you needed. If I can help you out further please let me know! icon_smile.gif
