I am looking for ideas for lemon cake balls. What to mix them with, what to dip them in??? I am hoping to hear something about raspberry, LOL.

Thanks!

Mix raspberry jam in them. Dip them in white choco then you can roll in or sprinkle w/finely shredded coconut? You can get some raspberry candy flavoring (LorAnn flavorings) to add to the white choco (candy melts).

Thanks Kakeladi! That sounds great. If anyone hasn't tried lemon cake with raspberry filling it should be next on your list, it is amazing!

I made some using my lemonliscious cake recipe, I posted it in the recipes. I mixed some chambord into seedless raspberry jam. Mixed the jam and cake crumbs together with a little buttercream. Then I dipped them in white chocolate. Oh so yummy!

Thanks for all of the ideas.
