Hi all! I am new here. I was hoping someone can help. I am making cupcakes, frosting them with white chocolate cream cheese which has to be kept refrigerated. I wanted to put a dics of embossed white chocolate fondant on top of it. Will the fondant be okay in the fridge or do I need to lay the fondant at the last minute so I don'thave to fridge the fondant. What is the best approach for this? Thanks so much in advance for any ideas

Fondant usually will "sweat" when placed in the fridge, especially Marshmallow Fondant.
If its' not too many cupcakes, I would place them before you serve/deliver them.

Some people will tell you that it's ok though. I'm only saying from my experience. hth

hi, thanks for the reply. I was afraid that's what might happen--sweating. I guess I might have to do thelast minute thing--100 cupcakes.
