I am making an ambulance for my dad's paramedic graduation. I saw the pictures in the gallery (it will be a 3d cake) and wanted to hear some ideas, suggestions, tips, etc about making it. Anything and everything is appreciated!

Hey, Congratulations to your Dad!
Is he going to be running for the municipality, or with an independent corps? Many independents run both Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support, two different styles of ambulances. Make sure that you replicate the right one.

It is with the city, not private. He is a firefighter with them right now, getting ready to make the change to a new station. I was going to replicate the ambulance that he drives every shift.
