I AM LOOKING INTO STARTING A COMMERCIAL SPACE AND I AM LOOKING FOR ADVICE ON WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT EVERYONE WOULD RECCOMMEND. YOU KNOW, OVENS, MIXERS, PANS, ETC. WHAT ARE YOUR EXPERIENCES AND WHAT WOULD YOU RECCOMMEND??

You will need to get some of that information from your health department. It all will need to be 'commercial' grade.
Pans; Magic Line
Mixer: KitchenAid or Sunbeam (7 qt). And probably Hobart 30 qt.
Oven: there are many good commercial ones on the market. You will have to see what is available in your area. I've used a Blodgett and a Hobart........loved themicon_smile.gif
