I was going to make cookies with MMF on top of them and was wondering if you could freeze them afterwards. I'm making them for favors for my DD's birthday and was wanting to make them ahead of time. I know you can freeze frosted cookies, but wasn't sure about MMF cookies. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can. If you are not going to bag, just layer them between wax paper in an airtight container and freeze. To thaw set them on the counter, still in container and let come to room temp. They will be just as fresh and good tasting as the day you made them. I have frozen them for up to three weeks. If you bag them, of course you do not need the wax paper. They also travel well after freezing. I use the NFSC and Rhonda's Ultimate MMF. HTH
