I forgot to make my chocolate ganache last night so I could leave it in the fridge overnight. On the recipe it says you can put it in the freezer for a couple of hours, so that is what I did. When I was whipping it, it ended up separating and into little balls in liquid. Can I save this? I don't have time to go to store to purchase more supplies and the cake is due tonight so wouldn't be able to put in fridge overnight anyway. SOS Need Help asap.
